Rock wool sandwich panel
Our „KÖZPAN”
rock wool sandwich panels meet all technical and
environmental requirements for space separator and
space segmentation structures of buildings.
The panel is not flammable! Fireproofness limit
value: 0.75 /1 hr
Its installation does not require a special building
structure; it can be simply mounted on conventional
metal or timber purlins and supports.
The panels are secured using collar self-tapping
screws. In case of roof panels is practical to use
a special hold-down.
Heat insulation is ensured with rock wool of a density
of 100 kg/m3, installed between two corrugated armatures.
Strength is further enhanced thanks to the grain
direction of the rock wool.
Panel attachment is solved by overlapping upper and lower armature sheets, thus contiguous heat insulation and water tightness are ensured.

Armature variety: the panel shell may be prepared
from lacquered or galvanized steel, natural or lacquered
aluminium, or a combination of these materials.
The panels are suitable for side and
roof separation in industrial, agricultural, transport,
sports, and other establishments.
PUR-foam sandwich panels
The Company is one of the largest domestic
producers of sandwich panels prepared from PUR foam.
These panels represent a versatile solution as coverings
for:
• plant halls,
• farm buildings,
• gyms,
• cooling houses, etc.
The panel shell may be prepared from lacquered or galvanized
steel, natural or lacquered aluminium, or a combination
of these materials, and also from acid-proof steel for
use in the food industry.
In the last few years we made important developments
in construction and technology.
The most important development is the increasing of
the fireproofness limit value at sandwich panels used
in agriculture and industry, and satisfying the HACCP
sanitary standards at cooling house panels and acid-proof
sandwich panels. The panels with flat armature are an
excellent solution for cooling-houses and heat accumulators.
We produce the roof panels with 40-100 mm thick and
the side panels with 40-200 mm thick, maximum 12.000
mm long according to the customer’s requirements.
Advantages:
Our panels meet high sanitary standards, could be assembles very quickly because of intense prefabrication, and have a good insulating quality. They are combining the functions of space separator, heat-insulator and high fireproofness limit in case of steel armature.
Range of panels manufactured:
oam blanket without
armature, expansion of closed hollow elements (e.g.
door sheet). Our special implemented panel’s inner armatures
are from washable laminated sheets and it could be used
for small buildings (containers, vending pavilions,
fee collector booth), but posteriorly could be used
for separator wall building.
We deliver space separators according to the customer’s
needs, complete with the required covering, accessory
and binding elements. The quality of the covering material
and the coating matches the given sandwich panel. The
lacquered panels colours are according to RAL scale.

The armature is protected with a foil that can be removed
after installation.
For the customer’s requirements we deliver the complete
building with doors and windows.
We deliver panels with the required accessories and
undertake on the site installation of the covers.
